La Barbacoa: Delicious Mexican Food in Las Vegas

First time coming here and I will definitely be coming back! There were so many good options to choose from and I needed up getting the quesabirria tacos and absolutely loved them! I also got the Coronarita to go with it. They have other great drink selections as well. The service was great! They were very welcoming and attentive. To top it all off the atmosphere was perfect. Great music and beautiful art on the walls! 10/10 experience for me!

I came here after reading a few reviews about the place and was excited to find better Mexican food than the mediocre food you find in vegas. Well pleasantly surprised was an understatement. I was immediately greeted by a genuine, friendly welcome. even though I was just ordering take out, she was treating me like a sit in customer. The food itself is so good definitely the best I’ve had in vegas.

Excellent choice, definitely coming back. Tried the menudo, sopesitos de chorizo and chilaquiles, all good. Great service.

20 of us ate here. The food and drinks are fantastic! Anthony was our server and did a fantastic job keeping hot food coming and the drinks too. We ordered everything from sushi rolls to typical Mexican plates. The shrimp tacos were great, as well as the barría plates, burritos, guacamole and ceviche. We ordered more than those items but it’s all I can remember. Great value for the money, large portions and fantastic flavors. Pic is of the leftovers, you can tell we cleaned the plates. Thanks!

The portions here are unbelievable! Then the taste is yet another joyous surprise! We went today for happy hour and got the guacamole and chips for $5 and beef flautas for $6. Chips and salsa are complimentary (they have OUTSTANDING salsa)! We each got a $15 entree. My husband got the carnitas burrito stuffed with mouth-watering pork, beans, rice, onions. He added red and green sauce on top to make it "wet" and it was the biggest burrito I have seen. It looked like a food challenge burrito! I got the Chivo Torta Birria. So juicy and the consume was out of this world! Don't sleep on this spot located only a few minutes from the strip! Oh, and the waitress was just the nicest and the chef checked on us to. We were treated like special guests!

I tried Only Sinaloa today! the food was SO good. We ordered the camarones roca, camarones zarandeados, and the pescado zarandeado, and every single dish was full of flavor. The camarones roca were crispy and saucy in the best way!!! Honestly could’ve eaten a whole plate by myself. The camarones zarandeados were perfectly seasoned and super juicy, and the pescado zarandeado had that amazing smoky, grilled flavor that tasted really authentic. Also the service was great! Everyone was súper nice and helpful! 10 out of 10 for sure!!!

Me and my baby had early dinner hear. The owner/waitress was so nice. The complimentary chip and salsa is tasty, chips crunchy and salted to perfection. We got the beef birria tacos cone with rice and beans. The consume was hot and flavorful but the three salsas were outstanding ! The mild and hot were my favorite! Baby is 11 months so she enjoyed the no spice one. It was a great restaurant, id travel across town to have it again since I dont live in the area.

I came in this weekend and I was visiting with family we were a part of 10 and we ordered a bit of everything and it was amazing never had tried this authentic food recommend it very much you won’t be disappointed
